DISTRICT 6650 MEMBERSHIP TEAM 

Join District 6650 Membership Committee Leadership Team and put your expertise to work growing our district!

• Establish a responsive committee to provide clubs with the necessary resources to develop and sustain membership.
• The committee will convene 4 - 5 times yearly:  September, November, February, PETS, and May/June
• Establishing a Membership Newsletter to all Rotarians in District 6650 highlighting best practices of clubs working to champion ways for clubs to become more diverse, equitable and inclusive.
• Making sure to represent the demographic composition of the club's community
• Be a resource for the DG, Presidents, Presidents-Elect, and Membership chairs in clubs to build, sustain, and nurture welcoming practices for all members. 
• Assist in engaging members in sparking ideas and fanning them to flames!
• Creating new ways to attract new members 
• Collaborating with seasoned members by utilizing their wisdom to help clubs grow
• Assist Club Presidents, Presidents-Elect, and Membership Chairs in determining what works for their clubs by encouraging open dialogue and conversations about what members need to ensure a positive club experience and make their clubs more vibrant.
• Establish four or more alternative clubs that meet the needs of the communities within District 6650 where Rotary s currently not present and in areas where Rotary is already active:
  • Satellite clubs
  • Online clubs
  • Interest or caused based.
  • Service clubs
