ROTARY CLUBS OF STARK COUNTY
SUMMER SERENADES CONCERT SERIES
Dear Stark County Rotary Presidents,
An update on our request for a $500 donation from the “Rotary Clubs of Stark County” to sponsor the Summer Serenades Concert Series.
We have 9 clubs that have donated $500 each for a total of $4500( 9 out of the 12 clubs in Stark County). Those clubs are Plain Twp., Canton South, North Canton, Minerva, Jackson Twp, Perry Twp, Alliance, East Canton & Canton. All of the 12 Rotary Clubs of Stark County are sponsors of these events. We all benefit from the recognition as a sponsor of these concerts. This amount is $1000 more than last year. This our 2nd year of sponsorship.
Please attend your concert & profit from them in membership, fund raising, club or community social outing or any other benefits you can derive from the sponsorship. We all benefit when we work together as the Rotary Clubs of Stark County.
Lisa Trummel of Alliance suggested that we hang our club banners at our individual concerts. Great idea & Dan Moeglin of Stark Parks says that is okay with them.
The concerts are spread throughout the county & Stark Parks is attempting to rotate them from year to year. So not all clubs will have a concert in their neighborhood every year. Please feel free to attend any of the concerts.
