Sugarcreek Club commits to (2) Pledges for Operation Pollination

The Rotary Club of Sugarcreek will be hosting its annual Pancake and Health Screen Fundraiser on Friday, April 4th, 2025. 
Club Director - Wanda Angel has set up this day to also have an educational table for Operation Pollination.  There will be
educational information for children and a promotional banner drawing attendees to the booth.  Wanda has also partnered with Berlin Seed to
provide seeds for the project. 
 
In addition to the April 4th event, The Sugarcreek Club will also have a 10x10 booth set up sponsoring the 4th Annual Food Independence Summit in
Walnut Creek, Ohio on June 18th and 19th, 2025.  Their booth will be educational providing families with information to take home to learn how to grow flower seeds to promote pollination. 
This will also be a partnering event with Berlin Seeds.  A promotional banner will be displayed drawing attendees to the booth. 
The Food Independence Summit is in its 4th year providing area communities with resources and lectures from guest speakers on homesteading, health and wellness, and food preservation. 
Bee Pollination will have an educational area for families to learn about beekeeping and the resources provided by Rotary District 6650 and the Rotary Club of Sugarcreek on Operation Pollination.
