“I’m a first-year member, so this was very informative for me. Thank you for the work everyone put into
this meeting.”
“This assembly was very helpful in many ways:
- Helping clubs with social media and public relations – how to get your word and story out.
- Building Clubs and memberships, building relationships, building communities, friendships.
- How to gain new members and retain current members
- What draws members in and what can we do to keep people interested.
- Keeping your Club fun.
- Lastly the importance of (The) Rotary Foundation and what it does and why we support it.”
“Great event! Looking forward to more.”
“Very informative program. (It) should happen 2-3 times a year. ‘Ask for topics member would like.”
“Throughout the assembly, I gained so much more insight on how to move our club forward and spread
to the world who we are and what we do. Not only did I learn a lot, but meeting with other local clubs
was important to me because aside from meeting fellow members, it’s good to see what they are doing
in their club to boost membership and advertising, etc. And how you can work together to make a
difference.”
“Great meeting. I liked the pens and pads. I liked the format.”
“Suggestion:
Handout for Foundatiion that gives an outline of the flow of money from Rotarian to Foundation and
then back to the Club and on the other use of money.”
“Evaluation:
This was great!
I learned more PR and membership but that is because our club is blessed with great leadership on
Foundation!
And thanks to Shelly for lunch!”

much information as possible, I have learned quite a bit and am interested in learning more. There are
so many good People and good ideas. Thank you for letting me be a part of this organization!”
