The Rotary Club of Cortland received a Thank You card from Rwanda, Africa on March 13, 2020 in appreciation for the donation to purchase 2 cows. A cow enables the poorest of poor family to have dairy and fertilizer for crops. This grant request was submitted to Cortland Rotary by Dr. Mary Shortreed, Asst Professor of YSU.
