Dr. Kelly Darney was surprised with the presentation of a Paul Harris Fellowship at a recent Rotary Meeting. The award was presented by PDGs, Geoff Goll and George Hays. Kelly is the director of Adult Education at the Columbiana County Career and Technical Center and is responsible for founding a large and active Rotaract Club at the school.
