Rotary Club of Canton's Annual Golf Outing:
The Rotary Club of Canton once again held it's annual golf outing on June 26, 2020 at the Sanctuary Golf Course. Due to the current social distancing requirements, this event had to be scaled down but we still had a great day of fellowship!The first place team for the day, each receiving a complimentary round of golf from The Sanctuary Golf Club, was Drew Pelger, Dan Pelger, Derek Gordon and Nate Mullen. Second place team, each receiving a $20 gift card from Kozmo's, was Nick Perini, Denny Fulmer, Greg Luntz and Alan Rodriguez. Finally, the last place team, each receiving a $10 gift certificate from Taggart's Ice Cream and Kennedy's BBQ, was Kurt Goodenberger, James Boggs, Rick Taylor and Fritz Spring.
The winner of the 50/50 drawing was Rich Mohr winning $100.00.

Rotary Club of Canton's Installation of Officers/Farewell Party for Past President Mark Rojek:
Our club began its new fiscal year by inducting our Board of Directors and Officers for 2020-2021 in an event held at Kozmo’s Grille on July 1st. The installation ceremony was officiated by PDG Bob Pattison and attended by about 25 Rotarians in a safe, social setting. This formal ceremony constituted the “changing of the guard” for our club leadership in what will be our 107th year!
The evening included drinks, Kozmo’s famous stone hearth pizza, and some long-awaited personal interaction between Rotarians. The event was purposefully limited in attendance to meet health and safety guidelines, but we are hopeful this is just the start of more to come.
